Get balances

get

https://api.coinotc.com/v1/balances

Returns balance rows for the authenticated customer user and counterparty.

Each row contains the total, available, and locked amounts for an asset.
By default, assets with zero balances are excluded. Pass showZeroBalances=true
to include them.
